From the moment I arrived, the girls argued in my face about who was going to serve me, and it became clear to me that they scheduled the appointment without even considering the availability of their employees. No one seemed to want to serve me and they all mentioned being in a hurry or that some other client (I suppose more important than me) was going to arrive and they wanted to reserve themselves for that service. From there, they already make one feel very bad. In the end, the girl who helped me was very kind but her execution left a lot to be desired. He spent time checking the time and it was evident that he wanted to leave soon or that he already had plans. The service was average at best since neither the manicure nor pedicure were done in depth and without taking care of any detail. I made it clear what I wanted from the moment I called and that was not what I received. It was evident to me that the girl adjusted the service to the time she had available and did not meet in the slightest what I required or my expectations. Not to mention how much I hurt my fingers!! That he cut off three of my five fingers on one hand, for me, is unacceptable. Not only was the execution poor, but the overall experience was also poor by making it very clear that certain clients are more important than others. I definitely do not recommend it and I will not return.
